This is our beginners club and is the perfect way to find out which water sports activity you excel in. You will be given the chance to try out windsurfing, dinghy sailing, kayaking, canoeing and even stand up paddleboarding.

You will be receive the highest standard of tuition.  All equipment including wetsuit and buoyancy aid are included. 

• AGES: Open to all aged between 8 and 15 year olds (non-members welcome)
• WHEN:   After school from 1630-1830 - 6 week blocks running during term times (Apr-Oct) - Tuesday evenings - try water sports, sessions are run according to ability of students and weather conditions. These sessions can lead to skill certificates.
• PAYMENT: Payment is required at the start of each half of the term (6 weeks). There are discounts for members or students who attend partnered schools as well as those who have their own kit.
• LIMITED SPACE - book now and get ready to take your skills to a new level.

When you've got the skills and the ability, you'll be ready to move on to the next level which could be getting involved with Manic Monkeys, racing at weekends or booking on to an intermediate course, whatever you choose we can help you get there.

We work in partnership with some local schools who offer the Watersports Club as part of their after school activities, and there are discounts available for students who attend these schools. If you're school hasn't signed up yet, get them to contact us and we can add them to our list.  Current schools who are actively involved include:

Adult volunteers (parents, guardians or older siblings) are most certainly welcome to get involved with helping to make Junior Club as successful as possible and for those of you showing long term commitment we have a very competitive package of training we can offer you. The Bray Lake Under 15's Club, 'Manic Monkeys', is perfect for the young watersports enthusiast who wants to spend more time on the water, improving their skills, having fun and hanging out with other water sport addicts like themselves. Its a great place to get started in some competitive racing, but most of all its just great fun.

Once you've achieved an intermediate level in either windsurfing or dinghy sailing, joining Manic Monkeys in the next step to getting even more enjoyment out of your preferred water sport

• AGES: Open to all aged between 8 and 15 year olds (non-members welcome)
• WHEN:   After school from 1630-1830 - 6 week blocks running during term times (Apr-Oct) - Thurday evenings - improvers sessions for those who already have the basic skills and want to pursue their favourite sport, ideal for practising and developing new skills.  Course Dates

• PAYMENT: Payment is required at the start of each half of the term (6 weeks). There are discounts for members as well as those who have their own kit.

You will work with a qualified instructor to improve your personal skills by running fun games, exercises and activities. The aim of the club is to develop your ability and performance in a safe but relaxed manner whilst introducing competitive skills and encouraging a team spirit in an informal way.
