Terms and Conditons of Membership

Bray Lake Watersports take no responsibility for the theft of, or damage to, members vehicles, equipment, or valuables.
Refunds will not be given unless the Lake becomes unusable for more than two months.
Complete novices are not allowed to use the Lake except as part of a beginners course organised and run by Bray Lake Watersports.
Tuition may only be undertaken by Bray Lake Watersports.
The member is personally responsible for the conduct (both on and off the water) of his or her guests and for ensuring that they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.
Landing on the island and entering the nature reserves is not permitted.
Watersports members are respectfully reminded that they share the Lake with Fishing Club members and that they should avoid the anglers swims when ever possible.
Use of the Lake for commercial activities is not permitted unless by prior arrangement with Bray Lake Watersports.
Members must ensure that they, their craft and their guests are covered by insurance in respect of third party claims.
The launch ticket entitles the registered craft to be sailed/paddled by the member or additional member.
Equipment storage at the Lake is for valid members only. Equipment left at the Lake after membership has lapsed will be removed by Bray Lake Watersports, sold and proceeds raised will be offset against membership costs.
Equipment stored at the Lake is done at the sole risk of the member.
The Club should be advised in writing of any changes of address or equipment.
Notice of membership renewal will be given one month in advance of the renewal date.
Any infringement of these terms will result in withdrawal of membership without refund.
