Water update for Saturday 21st of January 2017

The Lake has been frozen since Tuesday 17th, getting thicker every night.

We have been breaking the ice around the launch pontoon everyday however the ice is thicker away from the shore.

The forecast for the rest of today through to tomorrow morning means that the ice will remain tonight meaning that the swimming area will be unlikely to be swimmable tomorrow morning.

We will be able to break the ice around the pontoon for you to have an ice bath or to acclimatise your body but swimming will be unlikely

Thank you for your patience
