Aimed at windsurfers of all levels, this course will introduce you to the fundamental principles of the sport in a unique formula.

• You will be introduced to the Fastfwd Formula, a 5 step formula which covers vision, trim, balance, stance and power.
• This is a 4 hour session where you will be given the opportunity to start applying the formula when out on the water

This is the perfect course to keep you moving forward and on to the next level.

Having learnt the basics of the Fastfwd Formula you will now start to apply it to all aspects of your windsurfing, and you will quickly see results.
