This course is all about perfecting your use of Fastfwd and using it as your framework for progression throughout your windsurfing life.

	This 4 hour session is aimed at anyone who can sail confidently in moderate winds and wants to progress into planing windsurfing on performance equipment.
	The course is taught throughout on less that 160lt boards (without daggerboards) and with performance rigs to suit the conditions.
	You will cover equipment tuning to help you get the most out of your equipment.
	Sessions afloat will allow you to apply the Formula to your own sailing and develop your skills.
	Course Dates

This course (4hr session) is all about looking and feeling good on the water.  Using Fastfwd you will work on your tacking and gybing skills as well as deep water beach starts. 

	This session involves applying the Formula to specific skills, based on your own level of ability.
	You will receive coaching to development your personal ability. There is no pass or fail so you may come to as many clinics as you like.
	Fastfwd is all about improving skills so you may choose to attend more than once.
