Bray Lake Watersports is passionate about the participation of young people in water sports due to the many benefits it brings. Children can see improvements in confidence, resilience, independence and team work. This is alongside the advantages of spending time in the great outdoors which can lead to improvement in physical health and mental wellbeing. Many of our instructors have found their future vocation after being introduced to the thrill of water sports at Bray Lake. Who knows, that first school visit to Bray Lake maybe the start of something new and exciting for one of your pupils.
Bray Lake Watersports holds an Adventure Activity License and is regularly inspected by AALA. We are also a Royal Yachting Association, British Canoeing and BSUPA recognised centre. All our instructors are highly trained with National Government Body Qualifications and under pinned with regular in-house training. They are also all DBS checked, first aid trained and undergo safeguarding training.
The schools who have visited us before, return again and again simply because the children (and the teachers) love the experience; undoubtedly a trip to Bray Lake will be the talk of the playground.
