SUP Club Racing

At Bray Lake not only do we want to teach people new sports but we also want you to be able to socialise with like minded people, that’s why we run club sessions. All abilities welcome as there is something for everyone at our club sessions.

Wednesday evenings & Sunday Morning

Open for all levels of paddler from beginner to advance. We run a mixture of skill development, paddle fitness training, river paddles and games of water polo or group fun racing.

This club session runs throughout the year. In the Summer the Wednesday evening session 18:30-20:00 and in the Winter from 18:00 till roughly 19:00 (it does sometimes run later) On Sunday morning the session runs from 10:00 to 12:00 if we run a river paddle the session may go on to 13:00

At Bray Lake we are lucky to be situated next to the the river Thames and we can get out on the river via direct access from a small stream (the Cut) that runs along the back of our site. This gives us a great opportunity for some fantastic paddles both short and long depending on your experience mood or time available.

Litter Picks

We run once a month litter picks along the Thames which not only gets us out exploring the river but is a great way to help protect our  environment so that we can keep using it for our SUP trips. These come at no extra cost from your board hire. You can see the great work we have achieved on our previous trips on our facebook and Instagram sites.

Sunday SUP Club

SUP Racing

Our successful club race series is divided into summer and winter race series with a months gap in between. Everyone is welcome even if you only learnt the day before. The races are a great way of testing your paddling skills and fitness but more important than that is the best way of meeting other keen SUPers and learning more about this great way to spend time on the water . As a club we also take part in regular off site events and adventure races hosted by other SUP clubs.

River Trips

At Bray Lake we are lucky to be situated next to the the river Thames and we can get out on the river via direct access from a small stream (the Cut) that runs along the back of our site. This gives us a great opportunity for some fantastic paddles both short and long depending on your experience mood or time available.
