Frostie is the owner of Bray Lake Watersports and is very much involved in every part of the business. In 1985 he came on as General Manager after achieving a BA in Leisure Management Simon has worked hard throughout the years, constantly evolving the business and adding to the great range of facilities on offer. Bray Lake has gone from strength to strength, making it into the multi watersport teaching and club environment you see today.
Simon is a qualified instructor in all the sports we run here and was a key part of the governing body (RYA) that created the FastFWD National Windsurfing Scheme. Simon has travelled the world windsurfing and SUPsurfing with business, pleasure and a bit in between. Frostie’s other love is SUP. This sport has grown at the Lake and has now developed Bray Lake as one of the leading hubs in the UK for SUP, holding the biggest competitive SUP race in the calendar and if that wasn’t enough he is also one of only 5 people in the UK qualified to teach the next generation of SUP instructors.
In his spare time he competes on the SUP national circuit and regularly mountain bikes.
Crocker is our resident megaphone, health and safety expert and tech-phob. Any time in between was spent windsurfing himself.
He first arrived at Bray Lake in 1999 and in that time has trained countless people in windsurfing and other watersports.
